An Enterprise account is for teams that run CrowdOS from their own products and pipelines: the REST API, keys the organization owns, and members, usage and billing in one organization portal.

- The REST API, with its full reference and OpenAPI schema in your organization portal.
- API keys the organization owns, which keep working when the person who created them leaves.
- Every MCP tool, including saved panels and questionnaire pretests.
- Larger panels through the API than the web app allows: up to 750 respondents per study on Pro and 2,000 on Max.
- Members, usage and billing managed in one organization portal.
ADD-ONS
Enterprise accounts can add these from the organization portal. Each is a one-time purchase, and the current price is shown before you agree and pay.
- Respondent-level API: each respondent's answer, reason and demographics in API results, plus the panel's composition — not only the totals.
- Reseller tools: keys for each of your clients, usage attributed to each client, and reports under your own brand.
Apply for an Enterprise account
Tell us who you are and what you plan to build. We review every application and reply by email, usually within two business days. If we approve it, you review and sign the Enterprise agreement in your organization portal; we countersign, and your Enterprise account starts.
