Atelier by CrowdOS
Made to measure, for one business
Atelier by CrowdOS is the bespoke services arm of CrowdOS. We build a crowd, a calibration layer and, where your data supports it, a model for a single client, and we run the engagement with you.
What Atelier is
What is Atelier by CrowdOS?
CrowdOS's self-serve plans give every team the same census-grounded market crowd. Some businesses need more than that: a crowd built from their own customers, measured against their own campaigns, and kept apart from every other client's.
Atelier builds that, as an engagement rather than a subscription. Each Atelier solution is a defined deliverable with a defined data requirement, and each is named for what it is, followed by “powered by CrowdOS”.

How an engagement runs
How does an Atelier engagement work?
01
Discovery
The decision you want to test, an inventory of your data, and a success measure written down before any work starts.02
Data audit and agreement
Column mapping, the personal-data policy, a minimum-data check and the data-processing addendum.03
Build and baseline
Your private crowd is built and a first study is run, with its result recorded in a ledger only your organisation can see.04
Validation
The work is checked against a campaign it did not see. If it misses the agreed measure, we say so and change the scope.05
Activation
The first live study on a real decision, with a working session for the people who will use it.06
Refresh
After each campaign you upload the results and the calibration is refreshed on an agreed schedule.
Commitments
What every Atelier engagement commits to
01
Your data and models stay yours
You have exclusive use of what is built for you. On exit, datasets, cohorts and models are deleted and a deletion certificate is issued.02
No cross-client training
Nothing learned from one client's data is used for another's.03
A success measure agreed in advance
The measure and the threshold are written down before the work begins, and the result is reported against them, whichever way it falls.04
Cohort-level outputs only
Results describe weighted cohorts. No prediction about a named individual is delivered.
