Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, which we refer to together as "cookies". This policy explains how Motif Motion Pte. Ltd. (CrowdOS) uses them on our website and applications. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

• security and fraud prevention;
• remembering your cookie choice and your acceptance of our terms and policies; and
• remembering interface and language preferences.

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Preference and consent cookies last for up to 12 months.

3. First-party analytics (optional)

If you choose "Accept all", we also use first-party analytics cookies that measure which pages and features are used, so that we can maintain and improve the Service. They are set only after you choose "Accept all" and last for up to 12 months. If you choose "Essential only", we do not set them.

4. What we do not use

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cookies that track you across other websites.

5. Your choices

• On your first visit a banner asks you to choose "Accept all" or "Essential only".
• To change your choice later, use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of the site.
• Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, sign-in and other core features will not work.

6. Why we use these cookies

Essential cookies let you stay signed in as you move between pages, protect your account from misuse, and remember that you have already made a choice so that we do not keep asking. Analytics cookies, when you allow them, help us see which pages and features are used so that we can fix problems and decide what to improve. • Sign-in and session: kept for the length of your session, and for a longer period if you ask the site to keep you signed in, until you sign out or the sign-in expires.
• Security: short-lived, typically for the length of your session or less.
• Consent and terms acceptance: up to 12 months, after which we ask again.
• Interface and language preferences: up to 12 months.
• First-party analytics (only if you chose "Accept all"): up to 12 months.

Local storage and similar technologies are used for the same purposes and stay on your device until you clear them or we replace them.

9. Third parties

The cookies described here are set by us. Some of our service providers may process information on our behalf to deliver the Service, but we do not allow them to use cookie data for their own advertising. Our website may link to other sites, which have their own cookie practices that we do not control.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with its effective date. This version takes effect on 1 October 2026. If we change what we use cookies for in a way that needs your consent, we will ask you again.
